This paticulars local delicacy is very famous for more than 50 yrs. There are a few stores selling the same dish, but this store is the original. Selling TWD35.00 each. It is made of Sweet potatoes warp with meat, steam it then deep fried.
Favorite Dish: This Meat Balls is the only dish they are selling.

Yi-Cafe' is chain stories. It's quite common in Taipei like Starbucks and Dante. The prices are good, but the atmosphere is just ok. However, when you just want to take a short break, it's a good place to spend 10-30 Mins.

Wei egg pan cake is really very very delicious. A bite is full of egg smell. It has kept its simple taste over decades and is part of my childood's memory.
Pan cake each plate costs 15 NTD only. Soya bean milch is pure and costs 10 NTD each cup. Economical, but are one of the best food .

Quality - best word to describe it. Changhua is a small city and it is often difficult to find good quality food in the city. The best place in the city (in my opinion) is Casa Minierva. The sandwiches are incredibly delicious (I find myself craving them sometimes during the day), the owner speaks incredible English, and the staff is fantastic. He carries a large selection of top Belgium Beers. Closed on Mondays.
Favorite Dish: Much of their menu is comprised of sandwiches with your choice of bread. I personally prefer the chicken sandwich on cheese bread. Their pork sandwich is a 2nd favorite. A sandwich and a beer costs about $200-250 NT...depending on the beer you get.
