Bali Wharf

The ferries at the Bali Wharf is very busy carrying the passengers to and from Tanshui across form the river. Some people just took a ferry coming here to vist the shops along the narrow alley leading to the Wharf. Now people can also have a walk and the stay at the Zou An Park nearby.

Guan Ying Shan, Bali

People used to start their climbing Guan Ying mountain from the Ling Yun Temple at Wuku and going back from the same trail. However it is possible for you to walk from Wuku to Bali. At Bali side, you can enjoy the bird view of Tanshui and Guan Du Bridge. The Guan Ying Shan trail is not an easy way to walk on but you can still see many people on the trail since it is a popular one. At the end of the trail, you will meet highway route 15. Taking a left turn at route no. 15, you will reach the ferry pier at Bali where you can take the ferry to Tanshui.

Wa Tsu Wei

Wa Tzu Wei natural park is at where the Tanshui river runs in to the sea. Thus it is a suitable place for the mangrove growing. Within the mangrove, several lives have their activities here.

Across from the river, you can see the tall buildings in Tanshui. Contrastly, Wa Tzu Wei itself is a small fishing village with some older architectures.

Zou An Park

Zou An Wharf is the new park along the Tanshui river where you can have a great view of Tanshui across the river. You can also take the ferry from here to the Fisherman's Wharf in Tanshui.
