Dong-Gang is famous for far-sea fishing industry. The port has 3 treasure: sakura shrimp, oil fish's eggs and bluetuna.
Tunafestival is hold during tuna season. Vendors there offer all kinds of tuna dishes, such as raw fish, BBQ fish, fish soup, fish in pig darm, fish sausage etc. I recommend raw tuna from belly part. It tastes smoothy and very good!!!! Expensive, 5 bites cost 300 NTD.
