Zewei Forest Cafe is located at the boarder of San Hsia and Hsin Tien. Going through the small route at big inclined angle in the moutain, you might image that you are going to secret place.
Zewei Forest Cafe offers a great view of almost half of the great Taipei metropolis area. Having a cafe in the afternoon or at night with the breathtaking views is a wonderful experience.

Great Root Forest Spa Resort is in the mountain area of San Hsia. There are hiking trails in the hill as well as the hot spring spa facilities in the resort. The resort also offers the accomodation and the BBQ facilities.
The entrance fee of the resort is not cheap. However it is nice to have a walk on the trails and then enjoy the hot spring bath and the specific wild mountain food in the restaurant. It is better to visit this place at the weekday to enjoy a more peaceful and relaxing journey than at the weekend.

San Hsia is famous for its old town and the decoractive temple. Owing to the rivers running through with the moutains sitting by, there are also some beautiful views in this area.
