On our last morning we were this close to seeing an elephant!! We were on our way to Nam Tok Haew Narok when we spotted barbed wire wrapped road signs torn from the ground and strewn all over and there were small trees that were snapped off too! And of course to top it all off the Elephant left his own trademark!! A Big Elephant Loaf right in the road!!

There seemed to be a steady stream of people taking turns getting their photo taken in front of the falls! I must've seen at least 25 people do the same thing while I was there. It would make a nice spot for a romantic photo!!

Not really a warning but this is a National Park and can get quite crowded at some of the water falls on the weekends. Especially mid-afternoon at Nam Tok Hew Suwat! So if you're looking for peace and quiet don't do here at that time!! But there wasn't really that many people at other spots we went to visit. This one is very near the road and there is a huge picnic area up above the falls so it is easily accessable.

Well I thought that graphetti was a big city problem...Well maybe some of the big city boys just don't know how to act when they make it out into the wilderness!!! I saw graphetti on the walls of the Game Viewing station inside and out!! If you're one of these people..... Hmmm....What is you're problem?? LOL Do you want me going to your house and painting my name on your walls?? Probably not!!!

There are many kinds of flowers to be found in Khao Yai. Many are only found here and no where else! There are 5 vegetation zones to be found here so you will find flowers that only grow within the certain zones too. If you're into flowers you'll have a blast here! I just enjoy the beauty of them and don't know many names. I loved the way the raindrops were still sitting on this flower.
