Bed Supperclub: Not a bad place to start

  • Pretty much the same review as my QBar one. Different atmosphere but usually the same crowd going back and forth from these 2 clubs. I think thursdays is models night. Not as great as it may sound. They are probably a lot of models but that never seems to class up the joint IMHO. One tip on both places is to buy bottles. They usually give you free entrance with bottle service and it always end up being cheaper. Plus if you don't finish the bottle, they will write your name on it and save it for the next time you go there. Bottles in Bangkok usually go for about $50 or so. Seriously, when was the last time you went out for less than $50 in the states.

    Same as everywhere. Dress how you would like people to see you.

  • Since I missed out on coming here on my last trip to Bangkok, this was a must-go on this trip. They serve a fusion-style dinner, but for a cheaper alternative, come here for drinks. Reservations are recommended but we got there around 9pm and there were still seats/beds available.

    You can't help but gasp when you arrive. To see this white spaceship-like monstrosity in the middle of nowhere is just bizzare! And you have to walk up a ramp to get to the entrance... you really feel like you're getting onto a spaceship!

    The whole idea of sitting on beds sounds really fun, but actually looked quite uncomfortable. I'm using the word looked as we ended up sitting on proper chairs rather then the beds. Music was a mix of "Buddha-bar" and dance music, with a huge screen showing a video of strippers gyrating away - strangely enough, it kinda fit the ambience and music.

    Lots of foreigners here, so that meant there were working girls trying to get business as well. If you want a change of scenery, try Q Bar just down the road.

  • There actually two (2) sections...One is for dining and the other is for clubbing.

    This is an upscale chic nightclub and is the place to be seen. Music ranges from House to Hip hop to Bangra and many more with International Guest DJs in for jam sessions.

    A known outting night at the Bed Supperclub is Tuesday nights - Hip hop night.

    Semi-casual and well groomed (as this is a place to be seen).

    Not Allowed:

  • We were there at the after parties of music video awards. The place is just amazing, it's something you have to experience. For me this was the nicest club I have been, Ever!

    The people in the club were also nice and gentle...so nothing to complain...but the prices.
    One Chang was like 120B, but for western europe people it's cheap if you are referring it to our prices.

    Trendy, high class.

    Went to Bed and Supper Club for Drinks, Music and Dancing. We got there early, as we were adjusting to the local time zone still.

    Cool bar with 600 Baht cover pp. It provides two drinks.

    Great drink selections !! Good bartenders and techno music was terriffic. Did not do dinner, but the place gets very crowded later into the evening.

    Do not dress down too much. This tends to be a bit more upscale but as long as your casual is chic you will have not probs. The check you out pretty hard at the door.

  • This lounge is sweet! It is located in the Soy Suhkimvit Road area near Q-bar and the Ministry of Sound. The club itself has a unique hanger like shape while the interior is mod with beds and comfy lounge chairs scattered about. Hip music is always on tap and beautiful Thai's and travelers are ever present.
