who hasn't heard about the hard rock cafe? this international chain started in the United Kingdom by an American in 1971 and like they say, the rest is history! It has more than 175 hard rock cafe's in the world in more then 43 countries and their only branch in Bangkok (they have branches in Pattaya and Phuket too) and is located here at the trendy siam square area, it is a short 10 minute walk from Siam Station BTS and 8 minute walk from National Stadium, BTS. Hard Rock Cafe is the favorite hang out of Bangkok's Teens and also tourists.

"Love all. Serve all." It's a simple reminder to love one another and live for the moment... with a dash of rock.

There is no cover charge for the live bands. prices of drinks start at 140 baht for a bottle of singha beer, 120 baht for a bottle of leo beer, 140 baht for a bottle of heineken. cocktails start at 180 baht per glass of mai thai or pina colada and 200 baht for singapore sling. tex mex meals start at 250 baht and up.

In the U.S., the HRC's are set up as restaurants not as nightclubs. But my interest in visiting was to buy a couple of pins and shirts. Located in Siam Square, it was fairly easy to find, opposite side of the giant Siam Shopping Center.

This nightclub is in a good area as Siam Square. Most of you know well how the Hard Rock Cafe likes because you can find it in all big cities over the world.

This is a nice place to escape the heat, humidity and bustling crowds of Bangkok. Located in Silom Square, this American establishment is a popular spot with both locals and tourist. After being down in Phuket for 3 weeks the seafood was killing me. I have family there and they insist on more sea food. This was my solution.Drive the 14 hours back to Bangkok and go the the hard rock cafe. It is located near the Mah Boon Khrong(mbk) mall. After 3 weeks of sea food a hamburger and some fries were great. Warning though the place is like American soil. There are tons of cameras and people with metal detectors at the doors

Dress Code: Before you go there, stop buy the MBK center and buy a new shirt and shoes for 5 bucks.
