Simply the best club I have ever been to in Bangkok. Great music, Good lighting, Big dance floor and chill out corners.

I went there on April 12, when they had a Songkran Foam Party with a UK guest DJ called Lisa Loud. I don't like the foam though, very slippery while dancing.

Cover charge 400 Bhat without drinks.

Dress Code: Attitude & Style. No shorts, No slippers.

A dance club playing house and techno music (not that I know anything about that). Fun place. You can't help but dance because everyone else is.
We bought a bottle of Swing for 3000baht and 5 people can get in for free.

Theres also the Ministry of Sound...yes! Direct from London babey! Perhaps one of the best and top clubs around. 100baht entry(200baht off normal)if u hold a ISIC, 300baht if you dont. Music is hard house and dance kinda style. Lotsa fights! The only con here is that drinks are slightly pricey to other clubs in town.

Double O - Bangkok: MOS (was) there !

May03: Forgive me but i was only there for one instead of wandering around all night in the Soi looking for the coolest place, I played safe and went for MOS !

It's probably the most famous clubbing monument in the world. The fact they opened one in Bangkok means something.

The interior is very trendy and the crowd very diverse. I don't think they are too picky on their clientele.

The price for Bangkok standards is high as well as the drinks. The music was great and overall i had an awesome time. Left 4 hours before my flight, just so that i can stop by the hotel, pack and leave...

    I'll be back !

P.S. Yen, Vigi and the little time i'll be there long enough to party with you !!

2004 Update: The bar changed name and is now the double O

Dress Code: Make an effort ! You Farang ! : P

The only pic i could find...

Ministry of Sound: Good night - at a price

by Aphro Updated Apr 4, 2011

The worldwide brand comes to Bangkok from London.
However, this is more like Diet Ministry of Sound - a lot of pop music was played there and there wasn't much of an atmosphere.
There is a mixed crowd, mostly local but lots of expats too and a few tourists.
Maybe it's better when guest DJs play?
But it was fun and (while not exactly welcoming and friendly) a good laugh.
Come to dance and just have a good time if you like clubbing.

    Nice clean bathrooms! ;)

It's pricey to get in and the drinks are a lot more than most places!

Dress Code: Dress to dance, trendies only.
