I'm in the front here at the Blue Elephant Cooking School. This was a very special way to spend the day. We started with a market tour. Then we returned to the restaurant's cooking school where we experienced both demonstrations and "hands-on" cooking for 4 dishes. Our guide/instructor was one of the senior chefs for the Blue Elephant enterprise and he was excellent! His speciality was carving fruits and vegetables. After that we had a delicious lunch in the restaurant. It was about $70 US, but worth every penny. I recommend the morning class as it includes the market tour.
It's fun to take the cooking class. The receipe is different everyday. You can learn to make red curry, green curry, coconut sticky rice with mango, banana pudding,Tung Yum Gong soup, etc.
