the main thing is - they use all quality ingridients. and of course properly cook everything. for example - they bake they own bread.
this is the only place I've seen so far - not only in Bangkok - which has pure vegetarian origional italian food. such a refreshment from fast-food styled pizza-hut and similar restaurants.
just couple of weeks ago Bangkok Post had one very nice article about this restourant, encouraging people to visit it not only for the purpose to try nice food, but to experience the wholesome vegetarian diet as even better alternative to non-vegetarian.
pizza, spagetti and all kinds of stuff (sorry - I can't remember all the italian words -:)
don't miss it - I tell , you'll not regret.
