Loha Prasat
The building is 36 metres high and has 37 cast iron spires and built to the order of King Nangklao (Rama III) for Mom Chao Ying Sommanus Wattanavadi in 1846. This building have an excellent architecture and i great one of my best photos!! It is located on the corner from the roads Ratchadaem Klang and Maha Chai, very near to Golden Mount and Wat Saket.

This temple is located at the intersection between Ratchadamnoen Klang and Mahachak Road, in the Phra Nakhon district of Bangkok. Meaning Royal Niece, the temple was built to the order of King Nangklao (Rama III) for Mom Chao Ying Sommanus Wattanavadi in 1846.
The temple is best known for the Loha Prasat, a multi-tiered structure 36 m high and having 37 metal spires, signifying the 37 virtues toward enlightenment. It is the third Loha Prasada (brazen palace) in existence, modelled after earlier ones in India and Anuradhapura, Sri Lanka.

Triying to reach the Golden Mount that was closed, i found this interesting temple, on the corner of the Rajadamnoen Klang Avenue. It was started to buit by King Rama III, but only completed ten years ago, by the Fine Arts Department. It has six levels with ornamental pavilions, and the main feature of the temple is the big Lohaprasad tower.

This is probably the most unusual building in Bangkok's Old Town: a temple topped with a large number of metal spires. It was under renovation on my last visit, but the doors were open, and I managed to find my way to the top. The view was OK (but not quite as good as the view from the Golden Mount not far away), but you do get reasonably close to the spires at the top, if you want to study the architecture up-close. Hopefully the renovations will be complete by my next visit, and I'll get the full effect of the architecture then. If you're walking down Ratchadamnoen Road, you might spot it behind the statue of King Rama III.

Roha Praza at the end of Rajdamnoen Road near the Golden Mountain is currently undergoing rennovations, so you can't climb up inside it (unless you can get away with a very good impression of a Thai builder - not advisable, the pay's lousy).
Still, you can get a pretty good look at the unique structure from the outside by visiting the rest of the temple grounds.

This temple has metal "towers" and when you are inside you can go up and pass Bhudda Images on every floor. On the top you have great view of the nice location in which this temple is situated.
