Relax and enjoy in the park.
I've seen an amazing collection of walking trails and water bodies all filed with many types of flora and fauna
Seen 4 or 5 kinds of beautiful birds as well.
You can hire a bike and roaming in the park.
There is a large green house filled with a beautiful collection of butterflies.
Walk in the Butterfly garden and admire at least 6 or 7 different kinds of butterflies in the Butterfly park or museum.

Diagonally opposite of Wat Po and across from the rear of the Grand Palace is an almost forgotten shady oasis known as Saranrom Park. The park makes for an interesting place to rest if you're trying to explore the old royal city beyond the confines of the Grand Palace and Wat Po.Inside the park you can check out the Chao Mae Takhien Deity. This shrine to the spirit of the Takhien tree in the form of a three-level, octagonal Chinese pavilion. Also there are some good little traditional Thai Housesthe late afternoon this park is a popular place for locals to exercise ;jogging,walking.arobics.tai chi ,ballroom dancing & yoga can be seen.
In This park was originally a Royal Park in Saranrom Palace, which King Rama IV ordered to be built as a residence towards the end of his reign.(The old palace is now under restoration ).

This well-kept park lies between the old Phra Sumen Fort and the river making it a pleasant area to spend the day by the river. You can have a panoramic view of the riverfront and watch river life go by with the majestic Rama VIII suspension bridge in the distance.

King Rama IV had this garden, located across the road from the Grand Palace, built along with the Saranrom Palace in 1866 on the former area of Tuk Din. Construction of the palace was not completed during his reign. Then King Rama V gave the palace to his younger brothers to stay after leaving the Grand Palace and it was later modified to be a residence for the king's foreign guests. The garden at that time comprised of plants of various species, animals and a crocodile pond. The garden was then modified into a botanical garden, in 1960.
