Tuk-tuks, Bangkok

They cost very cheap, and driver will usually ask you for 100 or up to 300 baths. No more than 50 baths, and if they say no, pick a taxi, it will be cheaper

Around Bangkok, you can easilly find these Tuktuk. When you are walking the city centers, sometimes they are just behind you asking for a ride.

Bangkok is a regional transportation hub. You can catch airplanes, trains and buses to most desired locations from here.

But, I recommend a few TukTuk rides just for the experience!!

Also known as "samlor", is a three-wheeled taxi without a meter. Fares must be negotiated beforehand. They're normally a little cheaper than ordinary taxis but are suitable for short trips only.

Tuk-tuk: even though the polution is really bad in Bangkok, tuk-tuks are the best way to go around. Don't forget to negotiate the fare BEFORE you hop in though.

Take a tuk-tuk ! Very fast way of transport, inexpensive and fun to ride ! Short trips (few blocks/max. 30 min.) will cost about 20-30 Baht.

You must try this kind of TAXI . Be carefull , the air of Bangkok isn't fresh !!

Try the tuk-tuk (motorized rickshaw) at least once. They overcharge, I know, but they're fun. And they're fast, thanks to tuk-tuk drivers who drive like maniacs.

It's not the best way but you have to try a tuk-tuk once! It's like dicing with death, you breathe in petrol all time and your driver will try and take you to some shop somewhere - but do it!!
