Blue Taxi. (10 seat)
It’s 10-Seat taxi. When you arrive Trat. You have to take Taxi to Lam Ngop (The pier to take a boat). It’s very save if you go together with other people (shared),cost you around 20 baht.
But if you go alone (1-2 persons) you have to pay 150 bht. Normally, after the bus arrive you will meet the driver who keep asking you to go with him. GO with people otherwise you will be charge for 10 seat.
But Traveling around down town cost you only 20 bht. in any condition.

First of all, you have to go to Trat and then take taxi to the pier to take a boat to Ko MAK.
There are many Bus services your choice to Trat. But this time i'd recommend Cherdchai Tour, giantic bus business company here. It is air-conditioned coach from Mor Chit or Ekkamai Bus Terminals. (Price is a bit different from this different departure terminals, about 30-40 bht)
Bus will take you normally 4.30-5.00 hours. YOu can also depart Bangkok nearly midnight (around 11.30pm) and reach Trat on 4.30 am.
The matter is pls organize or check boats' timetable first. There is 6.30am boat from Lam Ngop too. If you take the midnight bus,you better take 6.30am. boat. Otherwise, you have to wait until 9.00am.
