Nakhon Ratchasima Restaurants

The place is one famous in town. If you look for dining in a nice setting atmosphere, relaxing ambience, open air, and of couse, all those seafood dishes, this is a place! They have tables in air con room, at terrace outside and nearby lilly pond. I'd recommend the restaurant to anyone.

This's about half hour drive from central of Korat Town. Great Thai food and also menu of steak. You can taste the combination set Thai Northeastern local food and steak! How can they go together. The restaurant is about up on the hill and provide a scenic view of Lam Takhong Dam and reservoir. Its the good viewpoint. Around the area of restaurant also a wide area of garden/plantation. Dee Den Icecream Restaurant I often go for lunch. They offer many delicious thai food on the menu. The restaurant is in simply style, popular for locals as for me it is something easy n delicious and resonable price.

The food of Issan or northeastern Thailand is very famous; papaya salad, roast chicken, sticky rice, and Issan sausages, pad mee korat (korat noodle) …. etc You can find easily the local restaurant in anywhere you visit Korat, even in food court of any malls / departmentstore. I recommend the popular one at front of Wat Pa Salawan, some local restaurants there.

PhunNaPa Steakhouse, a favorite restaurant of my family. Its not spectacular but it fits the type of 'nice n easy' We love the atmosphere feeling like at home, at the terrace, in the garden, view of small lake front of the restaurant. We go there for lunch and for dinner. They have steak (a bit of thai style) and menu of one dish food like Khao Pad,... many thai food on the menu.

Well.. the restaurant is far off the main road but I think it's worth to drive to... Food is great, I don't know much, it's not Thaifood but it's just great meal, among great view surrounding. I guessI it's own by foreigner. So if you visit Wang Nam Kheio district and look for special lunch in great view of mountain and field.. this is one of your choice..

This restaurant is one of many nice and ppopular restaurant in the area. There's natural View of mountain surrounding, great steak menu. The restaurant is on the way up to the top of mountain, beside the road.

typical outdoor shop. Nice and often crowded with local thai but it serve great thai food...Menu are in English too so you wont have much problem if you can read thai. Plus the helper speak a bit of english too...and one thing is if the locals are eating, you can tell that the prices are cheap.
