Fondest memory: The vendor had sweet smile. She spoke good Mandarin because she worked 6 years (2 terms) in Tu-Cheng, Taipei before. It's nice to talk with her. : )

Favorite thing: Bamboo worms eat bamboo only so actually they are very clean and have no strange smell.
They are good protein and good for your skin. 1 small bag 120 THB. Quiet expensive for the local living standard.

Favorite thing: The traditional buildings all made of teak trees are more than hundred years old.
The owner is a beautiful young girl (born in 1978-79) and now studies in England.
She donates the ticket fee to the poor and the sick.
Fondest memory: There sells local snacks, rice cookies. We love the natural taste very much.

Favorite thing: Thailands fighting roosters are so famous and that we must take a look at the shop.
Something is interesting is that the shop clerk is a pretty young girl.

Favorite thing: Chiang Mai sausages are individually made of pork or beef. Pork ones are more common.
Pork and spices are well mixed. Very tasty. 15-20cm = 22 THB.
