Lunchtime today (Dec 2008) the price is 15 baht for all you can eat, help yourself to four different Thai veggie options plus a side-soup. This was lunch time. I thought she said 50 baht till I came to pay and 50 would still be a bargain. Apparently veggies cheap this time of year with cooler weather.
Favorite Dish: Got to get a bit of everything. Don't pile up too much. 200 baht friendly fine if you dont leave a cleanish plate.

I love this place. It's very pretty decorated. Wooden floor, garden-side, free magazines... You can sit on the balcony of the restaurant (coffee shop side) There're different types of food here. From noodle to Vietnamese food.
Coffee is good here as well. (Could see that the owner is quite serious with coffee making from pictures and certificate on the wall) and coffee comes in giant size of mug.
Favorite Dish: I like vietnamese food, here they make it pretty good. You'll get a basket full of fresh vegetable too. Healthy food, tastes good, clean and pretty place, not expensive. Loved it.

Esarn food is popular everywhere in Thailand, include Nan. Food will be a little spicy but it tastes great. Inexpensive.
Restaurant itself is not too small but not large. (nothing is large in Nan anyway) Atmosphere is OK actually it's more like a place where is perfect for Thai guys to escape their wives for some drinks with their mates (hehehe)
But also some family bring their kids for eat-out dinner as well. Overall I like it.
Favorite Dish: Somtam rocks! Payaya salad of course don't miss it. And Laab Gai (Minced spicy Chicken) or Laab Moo (Pork) Deep Fried Catfish with mango salad is very fresh too.
