This waterfall is located in Amphoe Wang Chin. On the way to Lampang from Phrae about 80kms route no. 1023. You will find the signs for this waterfall. Just follow the sign. Its located inside the Wiang Kosai National Park.
This waterfall falls in 7 stages...if you want to see the big fall...make a little trek above the falls. You can reach by car only to the lowest.
Since its a National Park...if you are a falang then have to pay the 'Falang Fee'.

I am not sure to put this "Phae Muang Phi" in this must see section or in tourist trap.
This is just quite bigger than that of Sao Din in Na Noi. There is a huge story behind this...since its written in Thai...I couldnt read.
They regard this as Thailand's Grand Canyon!!
Muang Phi is actually a shallow depression in the ground where soil erosion has produced strange chimnet-like shapes. Some local villagers still believe that this area is haunted by phantoms. It is a quiet place and nobody wants to live around here.
