To be honest we were hungry and we didn't want to walk far.
It has everything. The food was excellent and cheap, beer cheap as well. It is a very popular place for people who are passing through Chumphon.
75B for large Singha. 80B for Penang curry and Rice.

Chumphon is a provincial town so don't expect a range of restaurants or nightlife. Most people would tend to stay at their hotel or resort and enjoy the restaurants and bar facilities there. In Chumphon town though there are many small Thai restaurants and seafood is quite good and also very cheap.
