 | Phuket Off the Beaten Path | Tips 121 - 123 of 123 | | a little hard to get there, but if you rented a motorbike and have nowhere to go and are looking for a less populated beach, paradise beach is the place to go. not as perfect as it sounds, but a reasonably less crowded beach. follow the road running along patong beach, right to the southern end of it. cross the bridge and if there are any forks in the road, turn towards the water. the tarred road should lead into a rocky upward slope (untarred). there also should be a small sign pointing in the general direction of the path. follow the rocky and sloping path, it should eventually lead you to paradise beach. "it's not the destination, but the journey that counts".
