    This beach was hardly hit by the tsunami in December 26, 2004 and it's actually almost recovered from the disaster by now. It's a nice, quiet and laid-back beach. If you want a peaceful time, this is one of the beaches you would want to go.

    This memorial monument was built by efforts of Japanese Association with cooperation of a number of Japanese companies which have been engaged in business in Thailand. It was unveiled on an occasion of the memorial ceremony of the December 26, 2005 tsunami.

    Well this obviously not a real tip, but thing we did mostly was hanging out at the beach. My bf then joined some localsplaying beach soccer which was real fun to him. And nice things about hangin' out at the beach are as usual enjyoing the sun and chilling.
