Water puppetry is an art unique to Vietnam. It started centuries ago, and was originally performed in actual ponds. Unlike its cultural equivalents in India and Indonesia -- all-night marathons that recount the great Hindu epics -- water puppetry has no narrative thread. The entire performance, which took only an hour, was a series of disconnected vignettes. The program listed 17, including 'Catching Frogs,' 'Fairy Dance' and 'Returning to the Native Land After College Graduation.'
Can you say boom boom? This place looks like a live bar and night spot from the outside but just as soon as you walk into those double doors at the front you are literally swarmed by a dozen girls in skirts. Your first reaction is to smile and think about how popular you have suddenly become but once you sit down and a girl latches herself to your arm you suddenly realize the truth......these are 'ladies of the night' whatever you want!
The best night life is in Ho Chi Minh! generally speaking though Vietnam goes to bed early so make sure the hotel will still be open when you get back!I did go to a club in Hanoi! Good laugh, take in the Asian version of Dance! Its fun dancing to.. everyone will want to dance with you in any of the clubs!.. Its a place where there people REALLY let their hair down.The place we went to had a raffle with our tickets at the end.. you never know your luck!! you could win a fridge!.. Shipping it back could be fun though! Smart Casual!
Lucky Café is a nice sportsbar in District 1 in the backpackers area. It's less crowded then the others. For a relaxing time. Very enjoyable.

We went in flat area of Cat Tien where USA bombs, caterpillars and agent orange deestroyed a large amount of rain forest. We saw in the dark only the light of the eyers of a lot of deers.
Good food, drinks on the more expensive side but great looking place with a good vibe and excellent music.Bomfire out the back on the beach late is where you want to be..... Anything goes !
