The beach of Nha Trang seems like paradise if you’ve been on the road in an bus for several days: White sand, blue water, green palms and above that a blue, sunny sky. Perfect to go underwater :-) At the PADI 5 Star Dive Centre “Rainbow Divers” you’ve the possibility to see the Chinese Sea from another side. Unfortunately I haven’t had the time to dive but I talked to an instructor who seemed to be very serious and of course PADI is a name around the world (I also learned diving there) and so you should be in good hands. But I have to say that I’ve done a walk on the beach as there was low tide. And I saw a lot of garbage (which is completely gone when there’s high tide) and a cadaver of a dog who has been skinned. When in Sapa, try to watch a soccer game, the local men play, at the field near the Cathedral. If you arrive early enough you'll definatly be asked to join! I was, but my poor soccer skills held me back from it. (Oh the shame!) :) Your feet!
