Whilst in HCMC we decided to take a 3 day 2 night tour to Da Lat in the highlands. We arranged this tour through BenThanh Tourist Travel Service located at 73-75 Dong Khoi Street, District 1, approximately 100 meteres along from Gloria Jeans Coffee restaurant. The staff were very efficient and arrange the flight to Da Lat (40 minutes in the air), accommodation, a car with driver and guide to meet us at airport and take us on morning tours, plus the driver drove us to HCMC on the 3rd day. Everything went smoothly, the accommodation was excellent. Contact detais as follows: Phone: ++84 8 8273073 Email office73@benthantourist.com Web www.benthanhtourist.com Leave a Comment

You must find the hotel fist. Don't let people introduce to you. Don't afraid of the many change if you got U.S.Dollars. 1USD=VND1,406,000. You can change evreywhere. I lived in 'OSCAR' hotel, USD35 per night, very safe, and clean, service not good enough, but in the centre of the city.
The goods are very cheap, and the girl is beautiful, average incom USD50 are their normal life per month, but the telephone is very expensive, to HK 5 dollars per min

if outdoors or in a shop or house open to the street, you will probably need to mic your subject. This is due to the din of motorbike noise. When you get home, you might find all you hear on your tape is motorbikes. At best you might hear some of your subject, but at times drowned out by motorbike noise.
getting better audio
