It looks nice enough (see pic at left) but the food just wasn't up to par. The fries were quite terrible and very greasy. When I stabbed my fork into them to pick a few up, you could see oil pooling around the tines of the fork....not good.
I had a scallop dish for my starter and the scallops were very tiny and a bit overcooked.
Hubby had a calamari dish for his starter and he ended up with 5 calamari rings spread aroud his plate with a glop of remoulade in center! And, the breading was spongy. Not good.
He had lamb for the meal but only got 2 small chops and greasy fries.
The only thing that was half way decent was my steak served with cafe de Paris butter. The beef wasn't the same style we're used to at home but it was very tender and VERY cheap at $6.
But, overall, with 3 misses and 1 hit, I have to say "SKIP IT"
