City Hall, Ho Chi Minh City
I was here to see Uncle Ho's statue but then stumble upon the city hall. Nice and a well kept buliding was it was not open to public. Ok, enough said, Uncle Ho's statue is cool isn't it?
This City Hall building simply shows the influence of the French architecture in Vietnam.
It is located near the Rex Hotel.
Saigon's city hall was constructed between 1902 and 1908, a fantastic ornate example of colonial architecture unfortunately not open to the public
Take a ride in a taxi or just walk around and u wont miss this beautiful building. Its the Saigon City Hall.

The 'sights' in Saigon, as far as specific buildings, will not take more than a few days to see. This is the old Hotel de Ville, built in French colonial days.
This beautiful building built in 1901, now is used as the headquarters of the People comitte. It´s not possible to visit the building.
