It's a litte dark bar with a wall full of books. Although this might seem pointless to have books in a dark bar, they're available for rent/purchase. It also has small lounge like chairs to have a few drinks on. Seems to be patronized by Ha Noi expats and travelers. Excellent happy hour deals (by 2 get one free drink).
