The place is developing as tourist destination and so is the nightlife here, mostly at the resorts. So there will be no problems to find music bars that serves alcohol and you can have sort of drinks that you wish fore.

1. Mui Ne Resort areas : Very quiet along the road (May Season).
2. SPA and restaurants and nightclubs are very spreadout from one another.
3. Facing the beach, letting the breeze blow onto your face and watching the stars blinking at you in the night.

The beach area of Mui Ne is quite long and not everyone has or want to bother with transportation along the ~12km length of the beach.
Therefore if you are anywhere near kilometer marker 16, Pogo Bar is a great place to hang out.
They play a range of music, but always chill. They have small to large tables and several bean-bag chairs out in the sand. There is also a fire pit that they can make a bonfire.
If you want more than just drinks, they have a menu too. Breakfast omelets were quite nice.

One of the best bars in town (they are also a restaurant), lots of drinking and fun every time I've been there. John is about to open a new place down the beach which looks like even more fun as the music will be louder and longer.
