When going to Nha Trang you are quite likely to spend a lot of time on the beach and probaply go on one of the many popular boat trips there and in this case you should be careful with the sun as it burns harder when reflected by the sun.
You can buy it quite esily in Nha Trang, but make sure to buy it right away if you are not brining it with you as one day in full exposure to the sun without protection can ruin the coming week for you.
