As everywhere in Vietnam there will be all kinds of souvenirs one can buy and take home with you. In this particular location I can only remember the local hand made stuff at the chicken village. Silk and weaving items are always a good deal, you can barging on the price if you buy few items but also remember that you can pay the price that it worth for you, after all when back home all those kind of stuff will cost a fortune.

What to buy: Vang Dalat Wine is made & bottled in Dalat. That being said, make sure you buy it there! And ask around to compare prices. Some places were selling a btl for 60 dong but I found them for 35 dong at a little corner store in the middle town. I'm in Mui Ne right now and they're selling it here for 70d/btl!!
What to pay: 30-35 dong for a 750ml bottle

Dalat's candied fruit "mut" is very much a local specialty and most shops will give you plenty of samples. As well as that there are various fruit wines and plenty of fresh fruit, vegies and also the livestock section.
You will be able to buy woolies here as well if you get a bit cold at night.
The stalls full of flowers, cacti & orchids are lovely.
What to buy: Candied fruit & fruit wine. Strawberry jam is very good. Mulberry & strawberry syrup is nice added to your bottled water for a change.
