There are several bars inside Ayers Rock Resort. Furthermore, you need a permit to stay in the National Park after dark and also to consume alcohol. The best way to do it is to join one of the designated tours. The tours usually involve an afternoon walk followed by a BBQ and drinks. It isn`t exactly nightlife, but the setting is superb and the view is spectacular.

They had a few restaurants at the Pioneer Lodge. It was kind of epensive but OK. The one night we had a barbecque the one night where everyone could try kangaroo meat. It was probably the best food I had the whole trip. It cost about $25.00 AU.

A long walk to a place where you can have a nice view of sunset, the light of the sun change reflect on the rock will change the color from brown to red, then from red to blue then turns purple before it get dark. Leave a Comment Theme: Other
