The service was impeccable. We downloaded the menu before leaving home and looked forward to eating at the restaurant. We both enjoyed our meals and gave ratings of 9 out of 10 for the experience. The menu is extensive and Hungerford Hill wines by the glass to match each item on the menu are recommended. There are options for degustation menus with matching wines. Prices are on the high side. 8 course degustation menu $90 per person : matching wines (5) $45 to 80 per person depending on the wines.(Hungerford Hill, Premium Hunter or International).

Madam chose bug tails marinated in mint, crumbed in panko, served with snow pea leaves, shaved fennel in extra virgin hazelnut oil and sezchuan pickled watermelon rind($25). It tasted as good as it reads. For main, she enjoyed waygu beef cheek slow braised with ginger & chinese black vinegar served with basil oil & cherry tomato 'toffee apple''
He started with quail stuffed with shhitake & button mushrooms, roasted in a tunisian brick pastry served with tomato & chilli jam ($23) followed by dixon street style bbq duck with hhp sweet pickled lemons, on basil rice and soy chum ($37). Asian infusion - interesting meals.
We drank by the glass from the chef's recommended wine match list. The wine list is extensive.
