Favorite thing: As far back as I can remember, Dubbo has always been a very popular city to visit. For this reason, it is wise to make advance bookings, especially accommodation.
I always thought, because Dubbo has lots of great accommodation places, there is no need to book. 'Wrong' ...
This trip was no different, and I had to overnight in another town nearby, because Dubbo was completely booked out.

Fondest memory: I don't really have a fondest memory of Dubbo. However, this city is definitely worth a visit, especially if you don't live in Australia.
