Looking for somewhere secluded to go for a quiet cup of coffee and some light food...take the ferry out to Fort Denison..there is an area that is sheltered if it is a windy day...sit have a coffee and great views of Sydney while having complete privacy..ferries leave Cicular Quay (number 6) and Darling Harbour (pier 26) every 45 minutes..ferry ticket includes the entry fee to Fort Denison also..

Fort Denison is one of the islands in the harbour that make up the Sydney Harbour National Park now under the care of the National Parks and Wildlife..Fort Denison is really worth a visit and is a good insight into this unique fort and the early brutal history of the colony...Guided tours are held daily and ferries leave Circular Quay and Darling Harbour every 45 minutes...Take a sweater as it can get very cold and windy..Ferry ticket includes ferry fare and entry to the fort...
