Miscellaneous: Manly never gets too hot or too cold. Summer temperatures range from 25 - 33degrees.
Visiting Sydney in winter shouldn't be much of a problem either. The temperature is often in the high 16-18 and sometimes very low 20's. Don't expect to have to wear much more than a shirt or light jacket.
In the evenings the temperature does drop so a jacket or jumper may be needed.

Luggage and bags: We brought 7 bags between the two of us, but this is only because we are moving for 2 years!
Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: I was fine in shorts and short sleeved shirts, however Sarah has had a sweater on for most nights. The weather is beautiful in April!
Toiletries and Medical Supplies: I would probably bring an extra roll of toilet paper with you... its not all that soft round here!
Photo Equipment: I think the photo equipment goes without saying. If you do not take pictures of where you have been, why are you travelling!

Toiletries and Medical Supplies: Sunblock is a must!
Photo Equipment: Bring the camera to take pics of the natural beauty and attractions.
Camping/Beach/Outdoor Gear: Manly has some beautiful beaches so pack swimsuits, towels and beach wear. Flip flops or water shoes.
