Favorite thing: I like to visit the Tourist Information Center, in places I am not familiar with. And even if I haven't been there for a while.
They will have all the information you need, to find your way to all the interesting spots, and often a lot of places we don't think of.

Favorite thing: Singleton is the geographic heart of the Hunter Valley and one of the oldest regional towns in Australia.
Located just north-west of Newcastle, it is only two hours from Sydney by road, or catch the train or coach ride from Sydney.
Fondest memory: I have too many wonderful memories of Singleton. It was a lovely trip back here, and to see it all as an adult, was so much more interesting and fun.
