Toiletries and Medical Supplies: No matter where I go and for how long, I must take along my favorite toiletries. I am very picky when it comes to shampoos and conditioners and make it a point to take along my favorite travel size. I also take my own body wash, body lotion, contact lense solution, toothpaste, mouthwash and my own supply of "first-aid" which includes pain killers, bandages, allergy pills, and of course my asthma medication.

Miscellaneous: If you forget or don't want to carry your favorite toiletries, there are plenty of places throughout Sydney where you can purchase what you need. Your hotel will stock the basic, shampoo and soap.

Toiletries and Medical Supplies: For long flights over 8 hours we like to take a sleeping pill (Ambien) to ensure we get a good eight hours of sleep. It's a great way to get the rest needed to land refereshed in your destination.
