  • a must for everyone that visits Sydney. The 3 sisters is a most memorable experience, approx 3 hours from Sydney is well worth the trip. In winter make sure you rug up as it can get pretty cold and the wind will go straight through you. Best to take a tour if possible as the parking is hard to find.

    blue mountains is one of the most popular tourist destination of new south wales.. anyone visiting sydney will definitely go there.. well, except for me.. i went to sydney 3 times before this and never actually made it up there though there were always plans.. anyway, i finally went there on my fourth trip.. the views are lovely though is was rainy.. some of the must see / do is the three sisters and the railway.. :) there was a 2-hour bush walking trail to a castle ruin.. sound interesting but we didn't make it because we were unprepare, i.e. no proper shoes or food.. will definitely do that if i go back one day..

    not so far away from Sydney, a place where it would be recommended to camp for 2 or 3 days, relax, walking, just enjoy the forrest and this impressive landscape.

  • the blue mountains very peaceful, port stephens dolphin watching at one with nature the dolphins are a friendly lot that come to say hello,water taxi from circular quay over to the zoo what a brilliant way to see creatures you only ever see on the telly, canberra and the houses of parliament sit in the debating chamber during session, i like wildlife and the hotels offer trips to lots of different parks on some trips you can go snow boarding down 50 foot high sand dunes. i only stayed 5 weeks so i will need to go back its a beautiful city.

    the three sisters are probably one of the most popular of tourist attractions in the blue mountains, judging by how many tourist busses were blocking our car parking opportunities. nice place anyhow.
