The Koala Sanctuary has Koala's on display that may be sick or orphaned, so you ARE NOT ALLOWED TO CUDDLE THEM.
The aim is to release these koalas back into the wild.
Located inside, is a big colourful, floor-to-ceiling mural which depicts the koala’s 15 million-year history, and there are several interactive displays as well.

A must do, is to climb the observation tower to look for koalas in the surrounding treetops.

As well as the centre, there are a variety of walks that you can do, just pick up the Koala bushland park guide from the information centre and follow the coloured coded detailed walking trail map.
On your walk, you may also see some Wallabies.

There is a nice picnic area and Toilets set amongst the Gum Trees.

This area is quite popular on weekends.
