    Daintree River

The Daintree River is renowned for being a place to spot Crocodiles, so we thought we'd give it a go. Not on our own of course, but with a proper guide. There are quite a few to choose from, but we went with Bruce Belcher, and I would recommend his trip. Bruce's boat took us up and down the Daintree River and we saw 2 adult & 3 little crocs, a python and a tree frog. Bruce is a local, he provides binoculars for all (there were 6 of us in the boat but it can probably take twice that) and is a real wildlife enthusiast himself so he's as excited as we were about seeing the animals.
