For a decent with live music most Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights and room left to dance your butt off, you can't go past the sol bar. this is where a lot of the young locals gather. Get there early for a simple but filling buffet, very cheap, runs until around 6pm.
expect a mix of music here, you can check out the upcoming bands by jumping onto the bar's myspace page.
drinks are reasonably priced, and the cover charge never exceeds $10 in my experience, and only exists at all when it's a big band.
Dress Code: no thongs allowed, sandals ok. guys should wear long pants or jeans, not shorts. bikinis and board shorts won't work here, but otherwise pretty casual.
