Horizons Restaurant, Sheraton., Gold Coast

This was one of the very nice restaurants in the hotel. You can try some local delicacies like Moreton Bay Bugs (a shellfish) which are thicker than the meat of a lobster and have their own delightful taste.

Barramundi which can either be a salt or freshwater fish and considered by many as the best-tasting fish in Australia. Mud Crabs which are very sweet and succulent. Or try some Kangaroo or Emu meat.

Favorite Dish: I had the Emu and was pleasantly surprised by the flavour and texture. Not what I imagined.

Sitting next to fully-glassed walls, where you can watch a small family of white swans swimming around in the huge pond outside.
