    Currumbin Bird Sanctuary

Currumbin Bird Sanctuary is a great place to take the family. You can meet all the Australian animals there. The birds are fed twice a day and everyone is encouraged to take a plate. You can also feed the kangaroos.*

Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary is a great place to see all the weird and wonderful native animals Australia has to offer.
The feeding of the lorikeets is a real treat, the birds come to be fed twice a day at the park. The public help with the feeding by holding a plate of nectar, it's great to see peoples huge smiles when they have 10 or more birds on their arms and heads.

Ok, first of you're gonna get some Koala pictures. All of which were taken personally, by me of course. Two of the pics came from the wild, the other two I took in a wildlife zoo. This is the 1st pic of a real koala out in the wild.

Visit a typical farm ... like Paradise Country Farm
Experience regular farm activities (sheep herding, milking a cow, sheep wool shearing, etc) ... have a jolly time, learn a bit and have a great lunch !

The Gold Coast is saturated with theme parks like Movie World, Dream World, Sea World and many others. For folks that believe in conservation of wildlife like the Australians do......Check out CURUMBIN SANCTUARY.
This sanctuary is dedicated to the presevation and conservation of wildlifes and its habitats in Australia.
