During certain times of the year, like March/April, baby turtles hatch from their nests in the sand. This is one of the coolest things I have ever seen! Just go to the beach around dusk and see these babies pop out of the sand! Although you aren't allowed to interfere with them, some people get emotional when they see the seabirds trying to eat them and shoo the birds away. If you're excited by the circle of life, look towards the ocean and notice the sharks waiting for the turtles....hey they have to eat too!Check the website for other animal events.
