its the only restaurant on the island,but dont panic, its a very fine dinding with a lot of asian style food, there are an alacarte and buffet breakfast, 3 course lunch and a 4 course dinner...and you can get you're spesial dinner if you just ask ahead

there are a bar in the restaurant that you can use every day, its not a big party place, people just go there for a few drinks before and after dinner, every wednesday and sathurdays the marlin bar is open, its open from 1800 till midnight, in this bar the staff has an entry.

in the reseption are a at the resort you have a small butique, it has some clothing, but most of all its jewelly and beach clothes,some toiltery. but you most remeber its not a supermarked,bring all you need from the mainland.In the spa you can bay some spa products.

this is not a real danger, but the whole island has a lot og big guanas wolking around, they are up to 1/2 meter long, but you must know that they are not in any danger to you, they are more scared of you than u know..

a lot of people forget its in the tropical north, its very hot here and a lot of people get very sunburned and dehydrited.Its dangerous and you need to be careful.
you need to use 30 in suncream, even at 5 in the afternoon you can get burned

Helpfulness
Luggage and bags: you can only have 15 kilo in lagguage on the plane
Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: beach clothes, walking shoes, nice clothes for dinner
Toiletries and Medical Supplies: sun cream....there are a nurse on the island if you need medical supplies
Photo Equipment: a good camera for the nice sunsets
Camping/Beach/Outdoor Gear: its hot, u dont need a worm jackets here..

if you feel like some good exercise you can get up at 5 am to walk on top of the cooks look, the trip is fantastic, gives you a lookout over the whole island. Its hard and takes around 3 hrs. return. You need to do it before the sun gets up because of the heat.
