After a leisurely morning we set out for our final destination, South Mission Beach.
We paddled past the exclusive and luxurious resort of Bedarra Island and the more family orientated Dunk Island.
After unpacking our now familiar kayaks, on the golden beaches here, we pack our load our gear and head back to Cairns for some sad and final farewells with new found friends.

Dowd's water taxis have about six daily services from Wongaling Beach to Dunk Island.
When I was there return price was 22$.
But ask at the hostels, they can sometimes get you discounts.
