These markets are held on Sundays at the Willows Shopping Centre car park. It's a great idea because the Centre opens as well so you can also do other shopping while you're there. And you can get out of the heat for a while with the airconditioning.
Even though the stalls are all under shade sails it still gets hot walking around. Take a hat and a bottle of water and when you've had enough duck in to the Centre for a cool off.
What to buy: Everything from craft items, plants, wood carvings, clothing and jewellery.
What to pay: Some of the craft stuff is a bit dear, but well made and of good quality.

GOOD QUALITY CHEAP T-SHIRTS
ON A RECENT VISIT TO QUEENSLAND FROM THE UK, WE CAME ACROSS THIS SHOP ON FLINDERS ST. MALL NEAR THE COFFEE BAR WHICH IS SITUATED IN THE CENTRE OF THE MALL.
AS ONE WALKS AWAY FROM THE CIRCULAT HOTEL TOWARDS THE COFFEE BAR THIS T-SHIRT AND LEISURE WARE SHOP WAS ON THE RT HAND SIDE.
