And for dessert...sunset

All trips include board prepared by the hostie. On the British Defender our hostie was awesome she made some pretty great meals and there was plenty of food even enough to feed all us big hungry boys (there were 14 (large) guys and 7 girls on my trip. Nothing beats chillin' on deck catching rays and chowing down on goodole fashioned Aussie BBQ (i.e. sausages).

Favorite Dish: Whatever they were making it was all fantastic!

Hamilton Island

We ate at this restaurant one night while docked at the Hamilton Island Marina. It has marina views and has indoor or outdoor seating.

Favorite Dish: The Rigatoni was very yummy!!! The pizza wasn't as good though since it didn't have much topping...

South Molle Island beach

We had dinner at the restaurant at South Molle Island one night when we were anchored there. It was an all you can eat buffet meal with all sorts of foods for $28 per person. You could then eat your meal anywhere around the pool or bar area.

Cheers!

There are no bars on Whitsunday Island as the whole area is a national park and must be respected and protected, bring your own. There are some barbeques on the beach for the charter boats to use but please take all your rubbish away with you. Here`s Amanda,Steff and myself having a cold one before we hit the beach.

Shute Harbour Rd has a wide selection of very good restuarants. My favourite was a little BYO place called the Courtyard. Also recommended are the Hogs Breath and Mangrove Jacks

Favorite Dish: Pizzas at Mangrove Jacks.
At the Hog's Breath try to get a table on the balcony for a view of the beach.
