The Restaurant at The Hilton Hotel in Victoria Square is very fine. We ordered the de-gustation menu adn I must report it as excellent and not too expensive.
Every course of the wide menu was beautifully prepared and served and the wines, as you would expect in Adelaide, were exceptional. I just love experiencing the different tastes of each dish, the spices and sauces , with each course, and then the beautiful flavours of the different wines to complement it all.Highly recommended for someone who likes good food and wine.( like me)
Favorite Dish: The whole experience of de-gustation is one to be cherished if you like good food and wine.
Adelaide, being so close to The Barossa Valley has some wonderful wines and here I tasted some I had not come across before. A real delight.
