Most wineries have - besides selling wine - a small gift shop where you can buy souvenirs and also small, elegant food presents. I bought two small glass bottles of different oils for my uncle who is a semi-professional cook. He was delighted by the present and the bottles look very nice on a shelf!
What to buy: Wine, souvenirs, small food presents such as oil, spices, tea...
What to pay: If I remember correctly, I spent about 8AUD per bottle.

I love food so here's a pic of my Lamb Curry pie at the Lyndoch Bakery on the way to the Barossa Valley. I had this with Coopers Light and a glass of Kiels Shiraz.
